Halloween '08

The girls had a blast this year at Halloween. Their costumes turned out cute and they enjoyed getting candy. Mom and Dad came over to help me since Louis had a game. (They won by the way.) Dad stayed at our house and passed out candy and Mom and I took the girls out. We pulled them around the neighborhood in the wagon. When we got up to the sidewalk, we'd let them out and let them walk up to the door. They can't say "Trick-or-Treat" yet, but they can pick their candy out of the bowl, say thank you, wave bye-bye, and say bye-bye. They loved picking out their candy. They'd keep grabbing candy after candy. I'd tell him that they'd had enough, but everyone would say, "Aww, they're so cute, let them have as much as they want." One, house had Halloween lights timed to music and Mckinley started dancing. It was so cute. That house also had liquid treats for adults! Score! Mckinley met a Power Ranger that she thought was cute. She has a thing for little boys.
After trick-or-treating, we came home, checked out our loot and then headed off to the ball game. We had to show Daddy our costumes. It was a fun night!

In their sweet ride headed off to get candy. I bought two glow sticks, but one wouldn't glow, so we went around with one flash light and one glow stick.

After trick-or-treating. We came home and let them look at all their candy. Mckinley would take her candy out of one pumpkin and put it in the other and then back again. She's always busy.

Reese's on my lips! Yum!
Sucking on the wrong side of a sucker.

Mary Elizabeth still hanging on to her glow stick. She "OOed" at everything tonight. Mom said, "She has a permanent "O" stuck on her face." She's such a wild child, I think she wishes Halloween could be everynight. She loved all of the lights and special effects. This little girl is going to LOVE Christmas.
