Tonight, Vickie and I took the girls to the Evening with Santa event that they have every year at our school since the boys were at the cabin. Of course we had so much fun. The girls made cookies and loved the icing. They made crafts and had a blast running around in the gym. Mrs. Hambrick and Mrs. Hanlon, two teachers at my school, helped the girls make their crafts. Debbie, Mrs. Hambrick, let the girls pick out which pipe cleaner color they wanted and of course, Mckinley picked white and Mary Elizabeth picked red! Always opposites! The enjoyed playing with the balls they had for Santa's hoops and they loved running around in all of the open space at Mommy's school. Mckinley really loved her Rudolph and she was so cute - when she bit Rudolph's nose off she sat down and tried to put it back on. The girls also got to meet Santa again. He seems to be everywhere we are! He was really nice and He said, "Ho, Ho, Ho" just like he does in our books. We didn't take our picture with him this time or get our face painted. The lines where too long. Maybe next year. :-)
